Returns & Exchanges

Returns: No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number from Leznoff Enterprises 2011 Inc. Please provide reasons for return, return authorization number, and your packing slip number or invoice number on any returned merchandise. No open packages, open boxes, and/or re-priced items will be accepted. Any damages or defects resulting from negligence, misuse or accidents will not be considered for replacement. There is a 25% restocking charge and freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. No returns accepted more than 30 business days past invoice date.

There are no returns on special orders unless Leznoff Enterprises 2011 Inc. failed to comply with the directives specified by the client in the online bending and/or cutting form, the ‘Bends and cuts Template’ and/ or the ‘Template for KS and DS track assembly’.
